There are three types of registration, each with corresponding member and non-member pricing. Registration for the conference includes access to the Healing After Suicide Loss Summit (HASLS) on Thursday, April 15.

-  Pre-Conference (April 11-12, 2027): Offers a selection of focused workshops and sessions designed to provide deeper learning ahead of the full conference. Pre-conference registration may be for one or two days, depending on the course length.

-  Conference (April 13-15, 2027): The main conference runs Tuesday, April 13, through Thursday, April 15, concluding at noon on Thursday, and features a full program of workshops, keynotes, networking opportunities, exhibits, and awards.

-  Healing After Suicide Loss Summit (HASLS) (April 15, 2027): This half-day, in-person event is included with conference registration. Individuals not attending the main conference may also register separately to participate. HASLS begins at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 15.

Registration prices will be set closer to December.

Hotel & Venue Information:

AAS27 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, Texas. A discounted room block is available for $224+ per night. Reservations must be made by Friday, March 19, 2027, or while supplies last.

Yes. During the registration process there will be non-credit card payment options. All payments must be completed by March 30, 2027 to confirm your registration; failure to do so may result in cancellation and associated fees.

• Registration cancellation on or before February 15, 2027, is refundable, although subject to a $100 administrative fee. 

• Registration cancellation on or after February 16, 2027, is non-refundable.

• Registration fees may be transferred to another registering individual for the 2027 Annual Conference. Transferred fees must be requested at the time of cancellation. Fees may not be transferred after the cancellation has been completed and any refund (if applicable based on the dates indicated above) has been processed. Transfers must be completed before March 15, 2027. 

• Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as they were made.
